We are extending our Spring deadline to April 15. Upon membership approval, member materials will be sent directly to individual homes.

If your University/College is not listed, or does not have an Omicron-Psi Chapter, you may still apply. Simply download our PDF Application. After you download the application, simply print it, fill out the application and send it , along with your dues ($35.00 + $6.95 for shipping), GPA verification and one letter of recommendation from your advisor to:
