NOTE: Certificates are awarded quarterly: February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. To meet the completion requirement of a junior the student in the undergraduate program must have completed at least 90 sch 9 (includes transfer credits, Master's and D.Min at least 45 sch, and M.Div at least 66 sch, and Ed.D at least 66 sch. Any questions, please contact the Trinity Registrar's Office.

After you download the application, simply print it, fill out the application and send it , along with your dues ($35.00 + $6.95 for shipping), GPA verification and one letter of recommendation from your advisor to:
